Dellem Associates, Inc. was created with the purpose
of providing the airlines and other operators of aircraft an
expert source of technical and managerial assistance in:
Jet Fuel Acquisition and Management - Provide
an aviation fuel department or supplement the client's existing
fuel department to obtain and manage jet fuel requirements for
the client to improve operations and reduce fuel costs. Dellem
has recently been managing nearly 25 Million gallons of fuel
per month for airlines operating worldwide.
Aviation Fuel Technical Services - Provide aviation
fuel facility design specification; aviation fuel management;
operational testing and inspection of aviation fuel facilities;
training of personnel and preparation of quality control and
operation manuals. |

Witness Testimony - Provide expert witness testimony
in the fields of aviation fuel acquisition and management, aviation
fuel facilities, their design, and operation and in aviation
fuel quality control and contamination.
Since 1980 Dellem has provided an expert source of consulting
services with personnel who have over 50 years managerial experience
within the aviation fuel industry. This background enables Dellem
to assist the aircraft operator in all phases of fuel related
aircraft and airline operations. Dellem is guided by the principle
that the safety of operation is of paramount importance in the
aviation industry. Dellem personnel have worked with the API,
IP, ASTM and others to develop safety and operation regulations
for the industry.
